I'm not sure if this is the appropriate forum for my question(I reviewed them all, and couldn't tell); if not, could someone point me to the correct one?

Here is the question: I subscribed very recently and read on the site that my subscription fee included assistance with resumes. I've looked on several different pages and can't find a link to this assistance. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Andy have you already uploaded your resume to your account? If you have the staff at Virtual Vocations will send you your enhanced resume in 7-10 days. Everyone receives a welcome letter from VV and in that is included how to upload your resume so you can get your resume enhancement. Please check your emails to make sure you have received the welcome letter and let us know.

I wasn't able to upload my resume -some problem, I'm guessing, with software/internet/computers/etc. about which I know absolutely nothing. So I called CS and was told to send it to them as an email attachment. I did this and received an acknowledgement that they had received it. That was around 2-3 weeks ago, I believe. I've not received a resume enhancement. I guess I will call again and ask about it, unless someone has further suggestions.

I did look back through my inbox and found the welcome letter. Somehow it slipped my attention when it arrived.

I know if you send the customer service an email with your resume attached they will upload it for you if you are having difficulty. Also, you can contact them using the "contact us" link, and they will always return your phone call if you get pointed to the voice mail. Good luck!
