Hey Jeff - no offense taken, and I know what you mean - in some jobs, employers/clients do NOT want to pay for the educational achievement and tell me I'm "overqualified" for a position ... however, in my preferred field (instructional design, curriculum development, and online instruction), I'm finding that the MINIMUM requirement is usually a master's degree, with a doctoral degree preferred. Hence my decision to move forward with pursuing this top degree.
