An educational provider is filling a position for a Remote Bookkeeping and Accounts Payable Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure forms have been filled out
- Run test payment and verify the amount with the instructor
- Add instructor to Direct Deposit system
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 2-3 years minimum work experience in a relevant or equivalent role
- Proficiency in using and managing Google applications - Gmail, Calendar, Documents, Drive
- Comprehensive background in Financial and Administrative support
