Job Summary
A company is looking for an Absence Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all leave of absence requests and assist employees throughout the process
- Manage the leave administration process from initial notice to return to work
- Review leave documentation for accuracy, approve or deny requests, and provide customer service regarding leave cases
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Leave of Absence case management experience
- Knowledge of US federal and state leave laws
- Knowledge of Canada's federal and provincial leave laws
- Experience with customer service technologies
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
