Job Summary

A company is looking for an Absence Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all leave of absence requests and assist employees throughout the process
  • Manage the leave administration process from initial notice to return to work
  • Review leave documentation for accuracy, approve or deny requests, and provide customer service regarding leave cases
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Leave of Absence case management experience
  • Knowledge of US federal and state leave laws
  • Knowledge of Canada's federal and provincial leave laws
  • Experience with customer service technologies
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
