Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accessibility Enablement Specialist for a 6-month remote assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure external documents and communications are universally accessible, focusing on PDFs, emails, and other document formats
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accessibility standards and platform functionality
- Contribute to overall AES capabilities to foster inclusive and accessible experiences for customers
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA and ADA compliance
- Hands-on experience with assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, NVDA)
- Expertise in ADA remediation for various document formats (PDF, Word, PPT, HTML, TXT)
- Experience with document generation platforms (e.g., Quadient, DocuSign)
- Certifications such as ADS, CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or Trusted Tester are a plus
