Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Development Specialist (ADS) I.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage new accounts and assist with the growth of existing target accounts
- Conduct personalized outreach via phone and electronic media to generate qualified meetings
- Document activities and follow standard processes to achieve defined KPIs
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-4 years of inside sales or sales experience required
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, and web-browser navigation
- Experience with CRM database management preferred, Salesforce preferred
- Strong research capabilities to gather and summarize information effectively
