Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Account Management to lead a team of Account Managers and Customer Success Representatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Account Managers and Customer Success Representatives to support customer onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes while achieving KPIs
  • Drive effective cross-functional relationships to ensure customer expectations are met and contribute to product roadmap development
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to optimize the tech stack strategy and ensure effective usage of tools

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing employees in an enterprise, quota-holding sales environment, preferably in HR or SaaS
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, managing accounts, and direct customer engagement
  • Proven track record of working with Enterprise customers in a revenue-generating capacity
  • Strong desire to understand and support the success of each Account Manager
