Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training on the platform
  • Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding their business needs

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years experience in customer success or account management
  • BPO experience strongly preferred
  • Previous customer service or account management/sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience in growing revenue in previous roles
