Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive business expansion within key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship manager and liaison between key customers and the company
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain client satisfaction and expand product offerings
- Manage the full sales cycle using a consultative, relationship-driven approach
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager in a SaaS environment
- 5+ years of proven achievement as a Top Producer in quota-carrying roles
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of client organizations
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and long sales cycles
- Proficient in Salesforce.com, virtual meeting software, and MS Office products
