Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager/Appointment Setter in Texas only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of agents and understand their business needs
  • Utilize provided scripts to ensure effective communication during calls
Required Qualifications
  • Entry-level position; prior experience in a call center is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work full-time in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection (5+ Mbps up, 10+ Mbps down)
  • Quiet workspace free from distractions
  • Willingness to learn and develop time management and organizational skills
