Required Qualifications
- Entry-level position; prior experience in a call center is preferred but not required
- Ability to work full-time in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection (5+ Mbps up, 10+ Mbps down)
- Quiet workspace free from distractions
- Willingness to learn and develop time management and organizational skills
