Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Merchant Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, optimizing their performance and enhancing menu pages
  • Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners to gather feedback and assess satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and assist in addressing inquiries or concerns


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with a High School degree/GED
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably with restaurant owners or in a restaurant environment
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and Google products; experience with CRM software is a plus
