A company is looking for an Account Manager, Mid-Market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through key lifecycle events and initiatives
- Consult with clients to understand their HR, IT, Finance, and global workforce management needs
- Navigate the sales process, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of SaaS experience in account management, sales, or quota-carrying customer success
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota through new product sales
- Ability to run a structured sales process and build long-term commercial relationships
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Courage to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
