Account Manager - SaaS Healthcare

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager for their SaaS Healthcare division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales Team and Customer Success to articulate the company's value proposition and strategy
• Manage regular business reviews with customers to stay aligned with their goals
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, actively manage account renewals and conversations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a SaaS Sales environment as an account manager
• Experience in a health-tech space is a bonus
• Experience using the company's platform is a plus
• Ability to understand a client's business and educate them on how the company's solutions can be meaningful
• Proactive approach to account management and ability to dive in with discovery questions
