Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships and revenue for the SMB account base, focusing on retention and growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop customer-level strategies and conduct impactful Customer Business Reviews
  • Navigate complex customer organizations to identify key stakeholders and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a full sales cycle or growth quota-carrying sales/account management role
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing large, multi-product, multi-million dollar books of business
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse customer stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce, Highspot, Tableau, or Clari preferred
