Account Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Supervisor with in-house agency and retail client brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workflow of client campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Lead large and complex projects with minimal oversight, maintaining strong client and team relationships
• Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, providing clear direction based on client feedback

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, journalism, or communications, or a high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience
• 7+ years of email campaign experience, including hands-on experience with building and deploying commercial emails
• 5+ years of experience working with email service providers like Salesforce or Responsys
• Experience in consumer financial services, particularly in credit card or retail environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with project management software, preferably Adobe Workfront
