Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting to lead their accounting team and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial information and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and support external audits
- Lead and develop the accounting staff through recruitment, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of experience in supervising/managing accounting functions
- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant preferred
- Experience in public accounting
