Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices through the workflow and administer assigned stores and queues
  • Reconcile vendor statements, ensure accurate invoice processing, and maintain vendor relationships
  • Track invoices to ensure timely payments and communicate with vendors regarding outstanding balances
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of previous accounts payable experience
  • High School graduate or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
