A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk, remote in MN or WI.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact payers to determine coordination of benefits and resolve credit balances
• Interpret contractual language and maintain relationships with various departments to facilitate account resolutions
• Research and process refund requests and identify recurring issues for escalation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance billing and patient billing
• 2+ years of experience in auditing
• Basic proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to learn new software
• Located in Minnesota or Wisconsin
