Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and apply new business funds to dealers' accounts for all lines of business
• Upload ACH payments daily and research checks requiring additional information
• Provide phone support for incoming calls from external dealers/customers and respond to the team's email queue

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one to two years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with AS400 Administration systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork and ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
