Job Summary
A company is looking for an ACH Expert / Payment Product Owner/Manager for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have in-depth knowledge of Nacha guidelines and Nacha risk handbook
- Understand ACH offerings for large Corp and NBFI client segments
- Work with product manager to break down requirements into user stories and assist testing teams with bug triage
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Nacha guidelines and risk handbook
- Experience training operation teams on business processes
- Ability to adapt quickly to modern technology stacks
- Experience working with testing teams on bug triage
- Understanding of common ACH offerings in the US for transaction banking client segments
