Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant - Tariff Support for a 6+ month contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process tariff-related credits accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in resolving disputes related to tariffs by coordinating with internal teams and customers
- Prepare and assist with tariff-related quoting activities
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role (experience with tariffs or finance is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP or quoting systems is a plus
