Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant - Tariff Support for a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process tariff-related credits accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist in resolving disputes related to tariffs by coordinating with internal teams and customers
  • Prepare and assist with tariff-related quoting activities
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role (experience with tariffs or finance is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP or quoting systems is a plus
