An organization is looking for an Administrative Coordinator - Obesity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Assist with slide presentations, maintain administrative files, and manage department communications
  • Organize meetings, facilitate logistics, and provide support for special projects

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree with 2 years of administrative experience, or equivalent
  • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, SAP, and Learning Management System
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience in a large team setting
  • Experience providing administrative support to remote staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
