Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agricultural Change Management Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support change management strategies, including communications and training initiatives
- Assess change impacts and develop readiness plans based on gap analysis
- Coordinate user training programs and track adoption metrics for effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of transformational change management experience, preferably in agriculture
- Formal change management training (e.g., Prosci or ACMP certification)
- Experience in designing and applying change management methodologies
- Strong understanding of the change process and ability to influence cross-functional teams
