Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to previous customers to retain and grow business
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to meet revenue targets
- Define workflows and lead by example to shape the inside sales team's strategy
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales within the agriculture industry
- Strong understanding of agricultural products and technical knowledge
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Self-assured and patient, with the ability to work with a tenured business group
