Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Lead in the agriculture industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to previous customers to retain and grow business
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to meet revenue targets
  • Define workflows and lead by example to shape the inside sales team's strategy
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside sales within the agriculture industry
  • Strong understanding of agricultural products and technical knowledge
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Self-assured and patient, with the ability to work with a tenured business group
