Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Chatbot & Automation Specialist (Legal Focus).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI chatbots within Microsoft Teams and M365 for legal service automation
Design AI-driven automation workflows for document intake, validation, and compliance checks
Monitor chatbot and automation performance, optimizing for accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI/ML technologies
Experience with ServiceNow integration for chatbot automation and case management
Knowledge of legal document processing and compliance validation
Experience in legal technology solutions and SOP standardization
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven automation solutions
