Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product/AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build agentic experiences embedded into the platform using external LLMs
• Set up a customization layer for customer-specific AI behavior and outputs
• Develop an evaluation pipeline to assess and improve AI task performance

Required Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with a focus on AI/ML
• Experience designing scalable AI-driven systems using external models
• Comfortable in startup environments and building from scratch
• Ruby on Rails (RoR) experience is a strong plus
• Excited to build production AI for enterprise users
