AI Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Scrum Master V.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scrum process and coach the team on agile practices
• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings
• Anticipate and address potential impediments to team delivery

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with development teams
• 1-3 years of experience in AI or collaboration with Data Scientists preferred
• Experience with AI/data science projects and tools like Jira/Atlassian preferred
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
