Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst 2, Forecasting & Analysis - RTA.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage real-time call routing and agent adherence
- Create and analyze performance reports for call center operations
- Collaborate with business partners and planning teams for resource allocation and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with Avaya CMS and eWFM preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
