Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analytics Manager (GTM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale analytics projects and deliver insights to executive leadership
- Mentor and develop junior team members, enhancing their skills and expertise
- Create scalable solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data foundations and define metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Science, Analytics/Data Science or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or corporate strategy
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau; experience with DBT is a plus
- Ability to operate within ambiguity and create structure
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
