- Process new business application transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with agents and internal teams to resolve pending cases promptly

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or insurance
- Proven experience with insurance products and policies
- Previous experience in the Life Insurance and Annuity industry
- Proficiency in following both oral and written directions
