Job Summary

A company is looking for an Annuities Customer Support representative for a remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new business application transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with agents and internal teams to resolve pending cases promptly
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or insurance
  • Proven experience with insurance products and policies
  • Previous experience in the Life Insurance and Annuity industry
  • Proficiency in following both oral and written directions
