Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Specialist to provide technical support for hosted eDiscovery applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-call resolution support for hosted eDiscovery applications and related infrastructure
  • Respond to and resolve customer-submitted tickets, ensuring proper updates and escalation when necessary
  • Monitor the performance and availability of hosted applications and assist with application testing and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
  • Certifications: CompTia A+, Microsoft, or equivalent experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT or eDiscovery
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of web-based applications, Microsoft SQL, and PowerShell scripting
  • Familiarity with major server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux distributions
