Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Authorize mechanical repairs and ensure safety-related and scheduled repairs are completed
• Negotiate repair costs and manage client authorizations and instructions
• Document transactions accurately and follow up on down vehicles and pending transactions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• One to two years of automotive experience or equivalent technical education
• ASE C1 certification and one of the following A4, A5, A6, or A7 within the first 12 months
• Fleet industry experience is a plus
• Some college education preferred
