Job Summary
A company is looking for a TRC Service Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance and locate suitable repair locations
- Provide accurate documentation on maintenance and repair events, and authorize necessary repairs for fleet vehicles
- Maintain monthly metrics and ensure adherence to preventative maintenance schedules
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Vocational or Technical education recommended
- 15+ years of experience in automotive or truck repair
- ASE Certified in 8 car or 6 truck repair categories
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
