Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Virtual Teacher certified to teach American Sign Language (ASL).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through coursework and communicate course requirements
• Utilize synchronous and asynchronous tools to enhance learning
• Monitor student progress and maintain regular communication with parents

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Teaching certification in American Sign Language (ASL) for grades 6-12
• Preferred MI or LA state teaching certification in ASL
• Three or more years of classroom teaching experience, including one year online
• Must meet highly qualified teacher requirements
