Associate Accountant Accounts Payable

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Accountant, Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor onboarding
• Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with financial close processes

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency in financial software, including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Fulfil, Bill.com, and Ramp preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive self-starter with a desire to learn and grow
