Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Contract Manager (Renewal Specialist) for the LATAM/NAM region.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve a high volume of customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of customer renewals
- Address complex billing issues and contribute to the growth of the contract management organization
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
