Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer (IT & Infrastructure).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in team discussions to improve development and operations workflows
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role or relevant internships
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Exposure to or interest in DevOps principles and practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
