Associate Director, Clinical Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Site Centricity (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Track KPIs for customer centricity and sponsor preference to enhance partnerships with clinical trial sites
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights from clinical sites
• Lead the development of presentations and communications that share clinical site insights with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with extensive experience in Clinical Operations, Communications, Strategy, or Management Consulting
• High familiarity with the clinical drug development process
• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and presentations with data-driven insights
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and influence in a cross-functional team
• Innovative mindset and openness to new ideas and technologies
