Associate Director Global Supply Chain

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading full life cycle subcontract management activities for programs within the Business Areas
• Developing strategy for competitions, negotiations, and managing subcontractor/supplier performance
• Ensuring supplier compliance, resolving performance issues, and promoting long-term savings on procurement costs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• US Citizenship required
• Experience in subcontracting services, negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing a team and familiarity with procurement regulations such as FAR and DFAR
