Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager, Access & Affordability - Patient Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance of various clusters within the call center
  • Plan, review, and optimize workflows within the call center
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and manage team workloads
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1 year of management or team lead experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or similar fields
  • Experience verifying insurance eligibility and coverage
  • Previous supervisory experience of remote staff
