Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Region Manager - Southeast.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Distributor network to enhance the visibility and availability of Ice Cream products
- Execute sales and marketing strategies, including trade promotions and distribution management
- Develop annual joint business plans with retailers and maintain customer relationships for profitable growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of relevant sales and distribution experience
- Business development and account management experience required
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities in consumer products or unconventional channels
- DSD experience highly preferred
