Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a plan design, product, and service offering expert for the Commercial team
• Provide on-demand deal support for SMB and MM Account Executives and partner with the implementation team for customer implementations
• Collaborate with sales channels and support Senior Solutions Consultants and Solutions Architects as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience
• Experience in the employer health and benefits or health tech space
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
• Ability to travel
• Strong interpersonal skills to work independently and within a team environment
