Audiovisual Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audiovisual Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of audiovisual, streaming video, and content management solutions
• Provide consultation to the Project Management team and manage sales proposals and project documentation
• Conduct site surveys, systems design, and develop communications with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, or telecommunications engineering preferred
• 7 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education
• 5-7+ years of experience in sales support and design/project engineering in audiovisual systems
• Technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment and proficiency in drawing programs (AutoCAD/Visio) required
• Certifications such as InfoComm CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D are preferred
