Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP - Legal Recovery to manage legal recovery activities within the internal legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee legal collection productivity and forecast production and costs
Collaborate with various teams to create and troubleshoot workflows
Supervise managers and provide guidance for compliance and operational effectiveness

Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or Law (or equivalent experience)
Paralegal Certification preferred
5+ years of legal experience required
5+ years of high volume and capacity planning experience required
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated legal leadership and supervisory experience
