Job Summary

A company is looking for an Amazon Connect Engineer to support cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Amazon Connect and integrate web services using Lambdas
Develop and fine-tune chatbots and voicebots with Amazon Lex and AI/ML models
Utilize AWS AI/ML services for enhancing conversational AI functionalities

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in chatbot and voicebot development
Strong background in AI/ML, including experience with LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, and JavaScript
Experience with AWS tools including Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
Familiarity with DoD RMF/DISA Impact Level 4 security requirements
