Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Back Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all transactions are interfaced
  • Identify and correct booking and ticketing errors within quality control
  • Monitor interface lines for potential issues and communicate with the data center as needed

Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of GDS Sabre; additional GDS knowledge is preferred
  • Front Office reservation experience
  • Basic knowledge of back office systems
  • Experience with ticketing, quality control, or Airline Reporting Corporation is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
