Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist, Back Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all transactions are interfaced
- Identify and correct booking and ticketing errors within quality control
- Monitor interface lines for potential issues and communicate with the data center as needed
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of GDS Sabre; additional GDS knowledge is preferred
- Front Office reservation experience
- Basic knowledge of back office systems
- Experience with ticketing, quality control, or Airline Reporting Corporation is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
