A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guiding members through their plan of benefits, Aetna policy, and procedures
  • Creating emotional connections with members and building trusting relationships
  • Explaining member rights and responsibilities in accordance with the contract

Required Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience within a Call Center atmosphere
  • Previous Behavioral Health experience
  • Medical or Insurance background
  • Associates Degree
  • High School Diploma or GED
