Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefit Product Specialist to manage health plan portfolios and support product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day plan portfolio tasks, including monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support product development and streamline processes
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in health plan product strategy or related fields
- Familiarity with commercial health insurance products and benefit design
- Understanding of SBCs, SPDs, and health plan regulations
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and vendor relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau is a plus
