Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Product Specialist to manage health plan portfolios and support product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day plan portfolio tasks, including monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support product development and streamline processes
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in health plan product strategy or related fields
  • Familiarity with commercial health insurance products and benefit design
  • Understanding of SBCs, SPDs, and health plan regulations
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and vendor relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau is a plus
