Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist (Contract) to join their Total Rewards team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day processing and operational support of benefits programs
- Serve as the first point of contact for benefits inquiries ensuring quick and courteous resolution
- Manage benefit HRIS record retention system, data integrity, and recommend workflow automation improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in large group benefits administration
- Proficient knowledge and experience administering ADA, LOA, FMLA, State Leave, Workers' Compensation and other benefit programs
- Experience setting up, auditing and management of complex benefits matrix in coordination with TPA
- Excellent working knowledge of software programs including Microsoft Office Suite products, Adobe, and Workday
