Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bid Manager to oversee proposals and manage the bidding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central point of contact for proposals across all sales territories
  • Act as Project Manager for the Bid and Proposal team, ensuring compliant proposals are submitted to customers
  • Coordinate internal resources and manage the bidding interface between various departments


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with domestic and international proposals in a regulated industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a technical field is preferred
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including PMO, Estimating, and Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced fluency in reading and writing in Spanish
